Collaborative Work Style

   Many as One

There are two ways collaboration skills contribute to better outcomes:

  • Working together in multidisciplinary teams
  • Making our clients part of the team

The Multidisciplinary Imperative

Today’s cases are simply too complex for people to work on their own. The person with the hammer may only see nails. The jack-of-all-trades may master none.

Simply parachuting in an expert or two when you absolutely must doesn’t give the client the ongoing multiple perspectives that typical cases require.

A “simple” collision might actually involve looking at the state of the road, standards for human reactions, the potential of product failure and more. A fire might involve financial fraud, computer analysis, structural failure review and loss of business valuation.

To create an integrated, accurate view of the contributors to cause can take several experts working together. Stopping in the hall. Trading ideas. Debating evidence.

That’s why Giffin Koerth is committed to a comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach.

The Client Partnership

The client is part of the team. And is our reason for being. Smart Forensics requires expertise in client services as well as technical subject matters.
